Who are we?

Once a spinoff from a Long Island auction company, the founders of JIJ Auctions built the business into a well-respected, and recognized name throughout the State of New York. Throughout the State of New York, you’ll get the same response if you ask who to use for your lien … “Call JIJ.”

Who do we serve?

Auto mechanics of all makes, models and years, towing companies, parking lot owners, and even marine and airplane mechanics have called on us for 30-plus years. We pride ourselves on word-of-mouth advertising. After all, our clients are our business! That’s why we take our business seriously. Focusing on the details, we ensure our clients get the top-level service they expect, from lien intake to auction. And, we get the titles too!

Why should we let you get our titles?

For more than 35 years we’ve worked well with New York State DMV’s Title Department and the DMV regional offices. That’s based on our years of professional interactions with the DMV staff, and our hard work and routine. We don’t cut corners. Or skip steps. We prepare your paperwork. We deliver it to the DMV. We connect with the DMV to track your filing and address any issues. You get your title.

Can you get a title for me if I’ve used another lien company or handled the lien myself?

Yes. We can handle title-only orders. Please be aware, however, that title-only orders may encounter problems if you or your lien company filed or auctioned off the vehicle improperly. That’s why we encourage people to use us from beginning to end. We treat every lien and auction as one that will result in you taking back the vehicle and obtaining title. That way we don’t leave you with property you can’t re-sell, salvage, or trade if the lien isn’t satisfied or settled.

What are your credentials?

We have licensed auctioneers that are bonded and insured. That means we can support you on-site or serve as your behind-the-scenes experts. We’ve auctioned off vehicles - cars, trucks, motorcycles, trailers, RVs, boats and planes. But not trains. We have to draw the limit somewhere. Overall, we carry the credentials needed to operate in Metro New York and beyond!
